At the 2025 ACEC Hawaii Engineering Excellence Awards, not only were this year’s outstanding engineering projects recognized, but special guests, David Bills, Lester Fukuda, and Ginny Wright were honored as well for their contributions over the years to ACEC Hawaii and Hawaii’s engineering community.
