Navigating Expectations: Agency Standards and Engineering Accountability
This session will address the challenges faced by consulting engineers in meeting agencies’ expectations and provide practical strategies for aligning standards of care with client and government agency expectations. Jerry P. Cavaluzzi was a course leader for ACEC National’s recent 8-week seminar titled “The Essentials of Risk Management for Consulting Engineers”. Jerry is also a Vice President at Kennedy Jenks were he is the General Council and Chief Risk Officer providing legal services, risk management and leadership in the areas of Human Resources, Health & Safety and Business Support Services.
