The AIAACECHGCA Committee has invited Stanford Carr, President of Stanford Carr Development (SCD), to present on plans regarding the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) and Hale Mōʻiliʻili for this joint association event. Following the presentation will be an opportunity for guests to network with each other. Availability is limited to 20 spots per organization, so snag a seat while you can!

1. New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED): Stanford will discuss the vision for an integrated stadium district that honors Hālawa’s history and fosters economic, cultural, and community growth. Topics include:

  • Master plan integrating parks, housing, and commercial spaces
  • Mobility planning with pedestrian and bike-friendly design
  • Sustainability strategies for energy and water conservation
  • Cultural programs, including partnerships with the Polynesian Voyaging Society and a Hawaiʻi Music Hall of Fame

2. Hale Mōʻiliʻili: An upcoming mixed-use development near Stadium Park, part of the Department of Hawaiian Homelands initiative. Discussion will cover:

  • 271 rental units and 24 townhomes for Native Hawaiian families
  • 4,000 sq. ft. of retail space to enhance neighborhood vibrancy
  • Five-story parking garage for residents and visitors
