A special Pau Hana celebrating the graduation of ELP Cohort #5 and presentation of their capstone projects, including the future of hybrid work, artificial intelligence in engineering, employee retention strategies, and the feasibility of implementing a four-day workweek. Even if you don’t have an employee in this cohort, you’ll want to attend to hear the thoughts of our next generation of leaders!
*Cohort Capstone presentations will be preceded by a brief presentation by Brennon Morioka and the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii’s Engineering Sector Partnership.
