2025 ACECH Symposium

ACECH is pleased to announce the return of the Joint State-City-Counties Symposium. The event will include a full agenda of workshop sessions designed to equip our engineering community with knowledge and information necessary to successfully partner with State, City and County agencies today and into the future.

The ACECH Joint State-City-Counties Symposium will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm at the Japanese Cultural Center. The Symposium includes a hosted lunch and pau hana, along with 14 breakout sessions with representation by the following agencies:

  • City and County of Honolulu, Department of Design and Construction (DDC)
  • City and County of Honolulu, Department of Environmental Services (ENV)
  • City and County of Honolulu, Department of Planning & Permitting (DPP)
  • City and County of Honolulu, Department of Transportation Services (DTS)
  • City and County of Honolulu, Department of Facility Maintenance (DFM)
  • City and County of Honolulu, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services (BFS)
  • City and County of Honolulu, Office of Climate Change, Sustainability and Resiliency (OCCSR)
  • Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART)
  • Honolulu Board of Water Supply (BWS)
  • County of Maui, Department of Water Supply
  • County of Kauai
  • State of Hawaii, Department of Accounting & General Services (DAGS)
  • University of Hawaii, College of Engineering
  • University of Hawaii, Office of Project Delivery

The event is open to both ACECH members, non-members, and government employees. Special early-bird rates are available until April 30, 2025.
