The AIA–ACECH–GCA Committee is hosting a members-only joint event, Rail, Reality, and Redevelopment: Iwilei/Kapalama’s Next Chapter, focused on Honolulu’s approaching rail future and the opportunities and challenges of transit-oriented development in the Iwilei/Kapalama district.
Moderated by Lance Wilhelm of The Wilhelm Group, the discussion will feature Garret Matsunami, President of Castle & Cooke Hawaii, and Serge Krivatsy, Senior Director of Planning & Development – Commercial Real Estate at Kamehameha Schools. Together, they will share insights on what it will take to transform this complex, multi-landowner area into a thriving TOD community.
Following the program, guests will have an opportunity to connect during Pau Hana.
