The R.M. Towill Corporation (RMTC) is one of Hawaii’s oldest and largest locally-owned engineering consultancies, with offices in Honolulu on the island of Oahu and Kailua-Kona, on the Island of Hawaii. Founded in 1930, today the firm is 120 employees strong and offers full-service capabilities in civil engineering, wastewater engineering, land surveying and photogrammetric mapping, environmental planning and permitting, construction management and program management. Since its inception, RMTC has completed over 20,000 projects in Hawaii and throughout the Pacific Basin. This includes the infrastructure planning and design for most of the major residential developments on Oahu within the past 20 years, over 300 miles of roadway in Hawaii and the Pacific, $350 million in harbor infrastructure, and the upgrade and expansion of the largest wastewater treatment facility in the State. RMTC services clients from all levels of government as well as a wide range of developers, landowners, and other private firms.
