At Bow Construction Management Service, Inc. Led by Alejandro B. Pascual, PE, President, the Bow CM team of licensed professional engineers possess decades of wide-ranging construction- related experience. We are well-versed in design and construction involving roadways, highways and bridges, grading and drainage, water and wastewater systems, and infrastructure planning for developments and subdivisions. Many of our staff have also served in administrative, project management, construction management, operational management, and other engineering management roles for government agencies as well as within the private sector. Bow CM has established solid working relationships with well-respected consultants, and we are prepared to provide other related technical services, as necessary.
