The AIA–ACECH–GCA Committee is hosting a joint association event, Rail, Reality, and Redevelopment: Iwilei/Kapalama’s Next Chapter, focused on Honolulu’s approaching rail future and the opportunities and challenges surrounding transit-oriented development in the Iwilei/Kapalama district.
The discussion will be moderated by Lance Wilhelm of The Wilhelm Group and will feature Garret Matsunami, President of Castle & Cooke Hawaii, and Serge Krivatsy, Senior Director of Planning & Development – Commercial Real Estate at Kamehameha Schools. Together, they will share perspectives on transforming this complex, multi-landowner area into a thriving TOD community.
Following the program, guests will have an opportunity to network during Pau Hana.
