ACECH’s upcoming annual meeting will focus on the slate of new officers for the fiscal year, updates to the Bylaws and Constitution, and recommendations for the upcoming year’s membership dues which will be presented and voted on. There will also be opportunities to hear about Kuilei Place’s development from the designing engineer and SSFM International, Inc.
Complimentary pupus and drinks will be provide. Parking instructions will also be emailed to all registrants on April 16.

One of the voting items on the Agenda (see below) are proposed changes to the ACECH Constitution and Bylaws. A copy of that document is attached for your review. Proposed changes are highlighted on page 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12.
At least 15 member frims are required to join the meeting so that we may quorum. If you are not able to attend the meeting, we ask that you assign your firm’s proxy to one of the current Board members listed below. You may email your selection to Ginny Wright any time before the meeting.
