This includes the infrastructure planning and design for most of the major residential developments on Oahu within the past 20 years, over 300 miles of roadway in Hawaii and the Pacific, $350 million in harbor infrastructure, and the upgrade and expansion of the largest wastewater treatment facility in the State.
